Will grew up in Ames, Iowa, while Amy grew up in Duluth, Minnesota. They have seven children, whom they enjoy immensely! Will received a Masters from Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa in Missions and has an M.Div. from Baptist Bible Seminary, Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania.

 

Will enjoys soccer, hiking, and reading.  Amy enjoys running and crocheting. They both believe that God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in Him.

Geoff, along with his beautiful wife, Sangmi, and two children, joined us from California in June of 2022 and serves as our College Outreach Pastor.

Geoff has served in pastoral ministry for more than 10 years and has spent much of that time ministering to internationals here in the United States, and discipling youth and families.

Having been saved in a college outreach ministry, Geoff is particularly passionate about engaging university students in critical issues and developing in them a confident love in the reliability and goodness of God and His Word.

 

Geoff's hobbies include all things that are nurturing.  Gardening, bonsai trees, and fermenting delicious foods are among his top favorites, but these days he is enjoying playing plenty of Minecraft with his son.

Luke, an Iowa native, trained at CrossRoad in two ministry internships.  He moved back from Maryland to join our pastoral team in March 2023 as Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Administration.

Luke and his wife, Diane, have a passion for building into people to help them know, follow, and serve Jesus.  They have three active boys who love ping pong, chess, Rubik's cubes, being outside, and Jesus.

Luke enjoys running, soccer, basketball, spending time with his family, and connecting with people.

Jed is from New York state and graduated from Cedarville University in 2017 with a degree in Music Education. He is currently taking a break from his pursuit of a seminary degree to focus on his blooming family!

 

Jed began serving at Crossroad in June 2018 and is currently leading the worship ministry and the high school youth group. Having a desire for life-long worshipers, Jed is pursuing full-time ministry, focusing on and stressing the vitalness of discipleship. 

 

Jed enjoys playing soccer, watching F1 racing, and listening to music. He frequently takes long walks with his wife, Jackie, sings and plays guitar for his son, and loves eating New York pizza.
